Major Accident Averted at Delhi Darbar Signal After Iron Pipes Fall From Truck

A major accident was narrowly averted near Delhi Darbar Signal in Mira Road on Monday after two large iron water pipes suddenly fell off a moving truck carrying pipeline material. The incident created panic in the area and disrupted traffic movement for some time.

According to eyewitnesses, a motorcycle rider travelling just behind the truck had a close escape. Fortunately, the rider applied brakes at the right moment, avoiding what could have turned into a serious accident. Locals stated that even a slight delay could have resulted in severe injuries or loss of life.

Following the incident, traffic near Delhi Darbar Signal came to a standstill as vehicles lined up on the busy road, causing inconvenience to commuters. Local residents and concerned authorities later rushed to the spot and began removing the fallen pipes to restore normal traffic flow.

The incident has once again raised serious concerns over the safety measures followed by heavy transport vehicles carrying oversized materials. Citizens have demanded stricter checks to ensure that goods loaded on such vehicles are properly secured to prevent similar incidents in the future.
