Tenant Verification Essential for Mira-Bhayandar’s Safety and Reputation: Muzaffar Hussain

 In an important step towards ensuring public safety and maintaining the positive image of Mira-Bhayandar city, a key meeting of the Mira-Bhayandar Property Dealers Association was recently held. During the meeting, senior Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee Vice President *Muzaffar Hussain* appealed to all property dealers, agents, housing societies, and managing committees to carry out strict tenant verification before renting out any property.

Hussain emphasized that essential documents such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, income proof, income tax-related documents, police verification records, and other valid identity proofs must be thoroughly checked before finalizing any rental agreement.

Speaking at the meeting, Muzaffar Hussain stated that Mira-Bhayandar is a rapidly developing city where people from different communities live together peacefully. However, he warned that the entry of suspicious individuals from outside the city can sometimes create law-and-order concerns and damage the city’s reputation.

He stressed that every property transaction must be conducted responsibly and transparently to avoid future criminal activities and social disturbances.

“Ensuring the safety of the city is not just the responsibility of the administration. Every section of society must contribute towards it. If property dealers and agents remain alert and conduct proper verification, many illegal activities can be prevented in the future,” Hussain said.

During the meeting, it was also informed that stronger coordination between the administration, property dealers’ associations, and citizens will be developed in the coming days to implement more effective safety measures across the city.

Meanwhile, *Jama Masjid Al Shams* has also appealed to citizens to remain aware about tenant verification procedures. Special awareness announcements regarding tenant verification are reportedly being made through mosques across Mira-Bhayandar to encourage public participation in maintaining safety and harmony in the city.
