Pune Hospital Case: Accused Shivaji Rathod Detained by Nagpur ATS, Taken for Medical Examination Before Court Appearance
In connection with the Pune hospital case, accused Shivaji Rathod was detained by the Nagpur Anti-Terrorism Squad and taken for medical examination ahead of his court appearance as investigations continue.
Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad has detained accused Shivaji Rathod in connection with the Pune Hospital case. Before being produced in court, the Nagpur ATS team brought him to Indira Gandhi Government Medical College & Hospital for a mandatory medical examination.
According to officials, after the medical procedure is completed, the accused will be presented before the court for further legal proceedings. Security around the hospital premises remained tight during the movement of the accused as ATS officials carried out the formalities.
